MICRO™ is our first product, a global e-commerce marketplace for fully compliant, fast, and paperless government micro-purchases. MICRO™ will allow governments to simplify procurement operations, reduce barriers of entry for small businesses, and assist public employees in making the right purchasing decision, every single time.
If you’re a government agency employee or representative, you can use MICRO™ to purchase, contract or rent goods and services offered at a price under your agency’s micro-purchase threshold, from registered businesses or individuals that are micro-verified and authorized to transact with governments.
If you’re a business or individual, you can create a MICROstore and offer such goods or services to government, as long as you get micro-verified and guarantee to offer your best available price through our marketplace.
If you’re buying through MICRO™, you should be an official government agency employee or representative with legal authority to engage in procurement transactions on behalf of your agency.
If you’re selling through MICRO™, you should be an authorized agent acting on behalf of your business or with capacity to advertise individual professional services.
A micro-verification is part of our onboarding process where we evaluate if a business or professional services offering complies with local requirements for selling to a government agency and to receive public funds. This typically entails the following: (i) Having a registered business or professional activity; (ii) Having a tax identification number; (iii) Being in good legal standing; (iv) Being up to date with your tax obligations; and (v) Not being blacklisted or debarred from government procurement activities. We also cross-check the information provided as supporting compliance evidence. Lastly, we also require that any products or services in our marketplace display the best available price for governments at all times, and that our vendors guarantee matching their best available price in cases where government buyers identify such best price elsewhere.
A MICROstore is the portal through which businesses can sell or rent products or services directly to government agencies. After a business has been micro-verified, it will be able to enjoy the benefits of having a MICROstore, including:
Selling to governments without additional paperwork of hassle.
Virtualizing a catalog and receiving orders 24/7.
Updating products and prices with a couple of clicks.
Centralizing and managing all government orders, transactions, deliveries and reviews.
Understanding analytics, insights and trends related to government sales.
You can register by accessing our site (www.themicro.market) and following the steps indicated in the Log In/Register tab at the top right of the screen. You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account. Only one account is permitted per government representative or supplier agent. You agree that all of your registration information will be true and complete, and you will keep your account information current and up-to-date. You agree to keep your MICRO™ username and password confidential, and to access the MICRO™ marketplace from devices that have up-to-date operating systems and security software. You agree not to allow anybody else to use your account, including in any way that is meant to circumvent these Terms & Conditions. You will be responsible for all purchases made, and anything else that occurs, through your account.
To place an order through MICRO™ search for the product or group of products you would like to order. Add the product to your cart through the "Add to Cart" button located below the product image. Once the item is added to your cart, log in to MICRO™ in order to review your order and if all looks correct, click checkout. Your order will be received and soon on its way to you! You will get a confirmation email once your order has been placed and once it has been shipped.
Currently, if you wish to cancel or return an order, please contact the MICRO™ Customer Service Team directly through the information found on our Contact Us page or using our LIVE chat available at the bottom right of our platform. A MICRO™ representative will assist you with further steps.
While MICRO™ will strive to provide reasonable returns and refunds when applicable, excessive or abusive returns or attempted returns will void your opportunity to effectively do a return or get a refund, and any guarantees on future orders.
For now, MICRO™ only ships within the contiguous United States (48 states and the District of Columbia).
You can contact our Help Desk agents through various channels: (i) Email at email@example.com; or (ii) LIVE chat in the platform.
